Compressed Biscuit Hardtack Biscuit Production Line
A production line consist of multiple machines
Raw material mixing: powder mixing is the initial step in the production. During the production, oil should be added to the puffed powder and mixed evenly, and then water should be added to continue mixing until it is evenly mixed. Temperature control is crucial in this process. If the temperature is too low, the powder is easy to clump.
Molding: After the powder is mixed, use the mold to press out the shape of the biscuits.
Baking and cooling
Baking: Put the mixed and formed biscuits into the oven for baking. The baking time and temperature need to be precisely controlled according to the thickness and formula of the biscuits to ensure that the biscuits are cooked through and the surface is golden.
Cooling: After baking, the biscuits need to be placed on the cooling conveyor to cool them down quickly to avoid affecting the taste and preservation quality due to excessive temperature.
Crushing
Crushing: The cooled biscuits need to be crushed into granules. This is a unique step in making compressed biscuits, which gives them a unique crispy taste.
External mixing(optional): On the basis of crushing, other auxiliary materials such as dried fruits and meat floss can be added to increase the flavor and nutritional value, and then external mixing is performed to mix all the ingredients evenly.
Compression molding
Compression: Finally, the mixture is compressed again. This is an important step that distinguishes compressed biscuits from ordinary biscuits. It can make them stronger and easier to store and carry for a long time.
In general, compressed biscuits are not only a kind of food that is easy to carry and durable, but also full of science and technology in the production process. From the precise ratio of raw materials to strict temperature control, to the unique compression process, each step has a decisive influence on the quality and taste of the final product.
