Features of electrical oven:
1)The thyristor temperature control system currently adopted by our electric oven makes the oven temperature more stable and ensures that the oven temperature is within ±1℃ of the set temperature. Therefore, the surface color difference of the baked biscuits is small and the electric energy is saved.
2)Heated by quartztube thermal radiation
3)Zone: generally divided by 1-3 zones according to the length of oven, each zone control temperature automatically,temperature digital display.
4)Rock wool,aluminium silicate, good insulation and flame resistance. The difference of outside oven temperature and ambient temperature are no more than10℃.
5)control apparatus by Germany brand Siemens 6) bearings by Japan brand NSK.
