Penny Stacker Machine  It used before package machine. Stacking biscuits for easy and convenient package.   Our company have 2 model of Stacker for customers' choose. One is Star wheel structure, it is composed by transition conveyor, divided biscuits in order rows and stacking, total two conveyor belts. The other is Penny Biscuit stacker, usually it combined by 3 units of different speed conveyors, the speed from fast to slow,through discrepancy speed to make the biscuits lay down as lines, to easy transport to packaging machine.

It works with soft biscuits and cookies production line.

For soft biscuits cookies line,whole line always includes following parts:

We pack almost all machines with plywood,except oven.

It depends on the line you purchased. Normally for whole 1000mm model soft and hard biscuit production line, the delivery time is within 120 working days. If you purchase single/stand-alone machine, we need to check if it's in stock first. Pls contact us to know the detailed time.

5.How is the installation and commissioning?
Supervision of Installation and commissioning work will be carried out by technical staff together with the technical staff from Huaji Industrial Co, Ltd ; the buyer will provide round-trip tickets, food and hotel for about 2 to 3 technical persons. The buyer will pay each technicians installation fee.
