Features of hybrid oven:

1)The oven internally,baking chamber and duct are manufactured by special corrosion and hign temperature resisitant steel,oven cover made by SUS 304 stainless steel.Therefore, the surface color difference of the baked biscuits is small and the cost is saved.

2)Heated by quartztube thermal radiation

3)Zone: generally divided by 1-3 zones according to the length of oven, each zone control temperature automatically,temperature digital display. 4)Rock wool,aluminium silicate, good insulation and flame resistance. The difference of outside oven temperature and ambient temperature are no more than10℃.

5) control apparatus by Germany brand Siemens 6) bearings by Japan brand NSK.
