Equipment Composition
1. Dough Mixer: There are horizontal and vertical types. It is used to mix ingredients such as flour, sugar, fat, water, and additives evenly.
2. Dough pouring and Feeding System: Automatically transfers the mixed dough to the subsequent processing equipment, ensuring a continuous and stable dough supply.
3. Three roller Sheeter: The thickness of the dough sheet can be adjusted, and it is equipped with a digital display for the sheet thickness.
4. Laminator: An important equipment for making soda crackers. It can adjust the dough sheet thickness from 1 - 25 mm, cut and laminate the dough sheet 4 - 12 layers, and is also equipped with a digital display for the sheet thickness.
5. Gauge Rolls: There are usually three sets (B/C/D). The machine cover is made of 304 stainless steel. They are used to further thin the dough sheet to the required thickness.
6. Rotary Cutting Machine: Used for forming hard biscuits. It can cut the dough sheet into specific shapes and press out patterns according to the mold.
7. Scrap Return System: Returns them to the dough mixer for reuse, reducing waste.
8. Tunnel Oven: It is a key equipment for baking biscuits, and there are options of electric, indirect gas - fired, or hybrid gas ovens. The length of the oven can be selected according to the production capacity. It can accurately control the temperature, humidity, and baking time to ensure that the biscuits have a good color, taste, and texture.
9. Oil Spraying Machine: Sprays oil on the surface of the baked biscuits to increase the gloss and flavor of the biscuits and also play a role in preservation to a certain extent.
10. Turning Machine: It can turn the biscuits 90 degrees or 180 degrees according to the layout of the production line to save space and facilitate subsequent processing.
11. Cooling Conveyor: Made of stainless steel, it is used to cool the baked biscuits. Through natural air or forced air cooling, the temperature of the biscuits is reduced to a suitable range, making the biscuits harden and facilitating packaging.
12. Biscuit Stacking Machine: Such as a start - wheel stacker or penny stacker, it is used to stack the cooled biscuits neatly to facilitate packaging.
13. Packing Table and Packaging Machine: The packing table is used for manual or automatic packaging operations. The packaging machine can realize various packaging forms such as bagging, boxing, and canning, and can also perform automatic metering, labeling, and coding operations.
