The function of the rotary cutting machine is to cut the dough into oval blanks by rolling it through the mold. The whole machine is equipped with front and rear electric moving devices to eliminate waste.

Equipped with an air spring to control the lifting and lowering of the demoulding rubber roller, the touch screen setting controls the pressure parameters between the rubber roller and the rolling cutting mold to better protect the conveyor belt; the mold is installed using a quick chuck method for easy removal and replacement.
